Up to $100 Checking Account Bonus at Neighborhood Credit Union in Dallas

Neighborhood Credit Union is offering up to $100 when you open a checking account. Details of this promotion are listed at this credit union page. Offer is scheduled to last through May 15, 2009. Here are the details about what is required:

• $25 for any Savings
• $25 for any Checking
• $25 for Direct Deposit of at least $200
• Another $25 for Advantage Checking

Minimum opening deposit of $25 is required for all checking accounts. Account must be maintained a minimum of 6 months for the offer. The Advantage Checking has a $9.95 monthly service fee for balances under $5,000. This can be waived if participating in Neigborhood Rewards. In my opinion, I would prefer the Free Checking instead of the extra $25.

Membership is open to those who live or work within the City of Arlington, Dallas County or Ellis County or within 8 miles of any Neighborhood Credit Union branch. Refer to the credit union's How to Join Page for the full details. Membership requires a minimum balance of $25 in the regular savings account.
