How the New Member Savings Account Compares

When compared to the Money Market Accounts and Savings Accounts tracked by DepositAccounts.com that have low minimum balance requirements and are available within the FOM, there are many rates offered by banks and credit unions that are higher than currently available on the Rivermark Community Credit Union New Member Savings Account. Given the current climate of falling rates, the 15-month rate guarantee greatly increases the intrinsic value of the 5.00% APY. The following table is a sampling of the highest rates available.

The above information and rates are accurate as of 1/16/2024.
