I'm part of a smallish NPO biz and we're looking for banks that have good rates; either savings and/or 6,12 and 18 month CD rates.

Most banks will open a business account. There are some different policies. CapitalOne has a pretty rich collection of services for small business (401k plans down to 1 person, business credit cards, business CDs...). Their CD rates are good. They might be worth a call.
