Eastman Credit Union is offering a 5.00% APY on its certificates with terms of 48 to 60 months. The 3-year term also has a competitive yield of 4.80% APY. The minimum deposit is $1,000. An extra 10 basis points is added for a Jumbo CD with a minimum of $100,000.
My last post on Eastman was on June 2007 when it was offering a 5.45% 12-month CD (before the Fed slashed interest rates).
