IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union

IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is offering some competitive long-term CD and IRA CD rates. The most competitive is the 5-year term which has a 2.99% APY. Other notable rates include a 2.27% APY 3-year CD and a 2.12% APY 30-month CD. Minimum deposit is $500. An extra 0.10% is added for Jumbo CDs with a $250,000 minimum deposit. Also, an extra 0.10% is added when you have a checking product. These rates are listed in the credit union's rates page as of 10/03/2010.

went to this bank to open an account with them was treated as if I were a criminal I was new to the area so I brought proof with me of residency,SS card and drivers license also proof of mail with my current address and name on it this wasnt suffiencent enought for the clerk taking my paperwork it really surprised me how she hesitaley looked things over and acted as if she was trying to approve me for a loan when all I wanted to do was open an account with this bank at this point I dont want to but at the same time curious as to why I was given so much trouble I belive it was another factor but I will keep my eyes open because you can only treat people this way under handly but for so long before word gets of of whats going on
