Kasasa Cash

I wrote about GRCB’s Kasasa Cash checking account when it was first added to their product line in June 2014. At that time, qualifying balances up to $10K earned 2.00% APY, with qualifying balances over $10K earning 0.40% APY. The 2.00% APY for qualifying balances up to $10K is still in effect, but the APY for qualifying balances of $10K+ has been lowered to 0.25% APY. Non-qualifying balances earn 0.05% APY.

The Kasasa Cash qualifying monthly requirements are:

  • Minimum of 12 check card purchases post and settle
  • Enrolled in and receive eStatement notices
  • Enrolled in and log into Online Banking
