Kish Bank (PA) Green Checking Earns 3.00% APY Up To $25k
Kish Bank’s Green Checking (a rewards checking account) earns 3.00% APY on qualifying balances up to $25k. Qualifying balances above $25k earn 0.10% APY, with non-qualifying balances earning no interest. The minimum opening deposit is $100.
The Green Checking account has only one qualifying requirement:
Process 20 or more signature- transactions per statement cycle using
your Kish Check Card and earn 3.00% APY on balances up to $25,000.
The $5 monthly service charge is waived with enrollment in eStatements. There are up to four free non-Kish ATM transactions per statement cycle, with a $2 per transaction fee beyond the allowed four. If a new Green Checking account is closed within 180 days of opening, a $25 fee will be imposed.
As the name suggests, Green Checking rewards you for “green” behavior:

- Skip the branch and save gas with digital banking
- Use recycled checks
CD Specials
Kish Bank is also currently offering two CD Specials: 2-year (2.92% APY) and 4-year (3.02% APY). Both require a $2k minimum opening deposit.
