Joining CCFCU and/or opening a CD Special can be done at any of the nine full-service Texas branches, located in Andrews, Big Springs, Lubbock, Midland (2), Monahans, and Odessa (3).
If none of the branch locations are convenient, CSR suggested calling the Complex Community Call Center (800.375.2168, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm) to initiate a new membership application or to begin the process of opening a CD.
Establishing a CCFCU membership requires opening a Share Savings account with a $25 minimum deposit. While a minimum balance of $25 must be maintained to remain in good standing, a $100 minimum average daily balance is required to earn dividends.
